US-BX Exchange Fee Schedule

EXCHANGE FEE RESPONSIBILITY

ONLY users who POST “Lots for Sale ” and “Lots Wanted” are responsible for exchange fees and then ONLY if and when a successful trade occurs (see “EXCHANGE FEE ASSESSMENT”).

Users who buy from “Lots for Sale ” and/or sell to “Lots Wanted” pay NO EXCHANGE FEE.

EXCHANGE FEE ASSESSMENT

LOTS FOR SALE : Exchange fees are assessed ONLY when the user who posted the “Lot for Sale ” (The Potential SELLER) either ACCEPTS an Offer Made to them or their “Buy It Now” price is MET.

LOTS WANTED: Exchange fees are assessed ONLY when the user who posted the “Lot Wanted” (The BUYER) ACCEPTS an Offer made to them.

EXCHANGE FEES are ONLY assessed on actual quantities traded (partial or Full).

I. BIOFUELS

ETHANOL “Lots For Sale ” and “Lots Wanted” - .4 cents or 4/10ths of a cent per gallon.

BIODIESEL “Lots For Sale ” and “Lots Wanted” - .6 cents or 6/10ths of a cent per gallon.

Example: The Exchange Fee for the successful trade of a 7,500 Gallon “Lot For Sale ” of ETHANOL is $30.00.

Exchange fees are clearly stated during the process of POSTING, SELLING, BUYING and ACCEPTING AN OFFER on all products traded on the US-BX.
